The three primary joint undertakings of Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University in Kraków and Columbus School of Law, The Catholic University of America, are:

two programs taking place in Kraków:

1) American Law Program (October-April, from 2000)
2) International Business and Trade Summer Law Program (June-July, from 1992)

and:

3) LL.M. in American Law requiring completion of the two Kraków programs and the CUA summer session in Washington D.C. (mid-May-mid-July, from 2003)

The three programs have many common undertakings, often within the framework of the alumni society of graduates from one or more of the programs and academic exchanges (joint webinars, conferences, publications)

The cooperation also supported the 1997 establishment of the legal clinic (poradnia prawna) with the joint leadership of UJ professors Fryderyk Zoll and Maria Szewczyk and UJ doctor Halina Nieć as well as CUA professors Catherine Klein and Leah Wortham. It was the first successful legal clinic in the Central Europe and has been a model to clinics in the civil law worldwide.
